Le Causse

The "Le Causse" cuvée is made with grapes coming from the argilo-calcareous, pebbly terroir. Holds flavors of raspberry, strawberry and cinnamon. Tastes blackcurrant and spices. Spends 12 months in vbat.

- argilo-calcareous, pebbly

Grapes
- 71% Malbec, 20% Merlot, 9% Tannat
- Yield: 50 hl /ha

Vinification
- Separate winemaking per grape and quality.
- Temperature control during the whole fermentation cycle.

Annual production:
40 000 bottles, To drink with 5 to 7 years.
