Château
de Chambert

This is our historical cuvée (85% Malbec, 15% Merlot),  AOC Cahors. Organic crop, green grape harvest and stripping, absolutely all natural winemaking: no added sugar or yeast,  Unfiltered. Estate bottled, 100,000 to 150,000 bottles produced annually. Wine can be kept 15 years or more.


Vinification
- Separate winemaking per grape and quality (each plot harvested then processed in separate vats).
- Temperature control during the whole fermentation cycle.
- Additional Maceration of 15 days at 28°C
- Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
