This is our historical cuvée.
Traditional culture, green grape harvest and stripping,
absolutely all natural winemaking: no added sugar or yeast,
Unfiltered. Estate bottled.
Terroir
- 30 ha
- argilo-calcareous, pebbly, very ferruginous, kimméridgien of secondary epoch
Grapes
- 85% Malbec, 15% Merlot
- Low yield (40 hl /ha)
Vinification
- Separate winemaking per grape and quality.
- Temperature control during the whole
fermentation cycle.
- Additional Maceration of 15 days at 27° with micro
oxygenation under marc.
- Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Annual production:
150 000 bottles, Good for 15 years and more.
