Hélios (Rosé)
Hélios is a slightly sweet rosé
that sells-out in weeks. Beware: if you taste it, you'll love
it! Those that hate rosé or white wine because of the head
hakes they provoke swear Hélios is the only one they can stand
and they love it: it's a fruits flavors fireworks, refreshing
and tasteful (note: head hakes with white and rosé wines often
come from excessive sulfite levels in the wines. Chambert is
very strict with sulfite levels).
Our rosé very generous, with
strawberry flavors. It's so good we run out of stock every
year! Serve chilled (8-12°C).
