This is our Cuvée prestige. Traditional culture, green grape harvest and
stripping,
absolutely all natural winemaking: no added sugar or yeast,
Unfiltered. Estate bottled.
Terroir
- 6 ha
- Vines: 35 years old and more.
- Ferruginous plots of the sidérolithique
Grape variety
- 100 % Malbec
- Low yield (25 hl /ha)
Vinification
- Separate winemaking. Temperature control during the whole
fermentation cycle.
- Additional Maceration of 23 days at 28° with micro
oxygenation under marc.
- Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Annual Production:
10 000 bottles. Good for 20 years and more!
